*Update End*
The release date for one of the most anticipated Xbox Live Arcade titles, Battlefield 1943, has been unveiled in the most unusual of places. German GamesTM magazine readers would have discovered this image on the back cover of the magazine:
You don’t need to know a lot of English to work out that the title will release on the 25th June on the PlayStation Store and on the Xbox Live Marketplace. With the 25th June being a Thursday, we can only presume the title will release on the Wednesday (24th).
The advertisement also lists a price of 1200 Microsoft Points (£9.96). At this price, you can expect the PlayStation 3 version of the game to be priced at around £9.99.
