MW2 map packs due Spring 2010?

Modern Warfare 2 may not be out until next month, but IGN are already reporting that new DLC will be out in Spring.

Funnily enough the original rumour comes from an energy drink in the US which has a competition tied-in with Modern Warfare 2. One of the prixes is ‘5000, MW2 Map Pack codes – planned release Spring 2010’.

Of course, a drinks manufacturer is hardly the most reliable source, but perhaps they know something we don’t?

Don’t forget (I’m sure you haven’t), the game is out on November 10th and is already the biggest pre-order game of all-time. So we suggest you click below and preorder a copy now.
