The Gears of War 3 multiplayer beta will go live on the 25th April, Microsoft has confirmed.
Access to the beta is available by pre-ordering the Standard, Limited or Epic edition of the game from GAME or Gamestation. Prices for the editions range from £49.99 to £99.99.
The beta will allow access to Team Deathmatch across four new maps: Thrashball, Checkout, Trenches and Old Town, with Capture the Leader and King of the Hill being added in the final week.
As previously announced, Bulletstorm: Epic Edition owners can gain access to the beta a week earlier on the 18th April, running up until the 24th April.
