Ubisoft have accidentally revealed to gamers the newest Assasssins Creed game via the Ubisoft facebook page.
The facebook page had a link to a teaser site for what appears to be the new Assassins Creed, entitled Revelations along with a comment saying “The day you have been waiting for has arrived!!! Click the link below to help reveal an exclusive look at the upcoming Assassin’s Creed game!”
The site has since been removed, but it seems that the official unveiling of the new game will happen on May 13th.
Despite only being up for a short while a small Arabic phrase was translated from the teaser trailer. The comment interestingly points to a return appearance for Altair from Assassins Creed.
Yves Guillemot, Ubisoft boss said the following on their possibly being a new Assassins Creed game between 2011-2012, “There will be something around Assassin’s – that’s all we can say.”
