Well the titles a given really, everyone who has owned or at some point played Call of Duty will have applied to be a part of the Call of Duty: Elite beta. This statement is further solidified by the fact that the beta has now had in excess of 2 million applicants.
“It blew my mind,” said Activision social media boss Dan Amrich who shared the news with fans via his blog. “That should give the dev team at Beachhead plenty to work with to kick off the beta, which officially starts July 14,” he added.
For anyone who hasn’t signed up don’t fret, despite the massive figure of 2 million sign ups Amrich has said, “Don’t be discouraged by the big number, thinking you shouldn’t bother because they already have enough people – two million volunteers among 30 million Call of Duty players is a small amount. More would be even better. Once you’ve signed up, just watch your email inbox for an invite.”
