Registration for the new Xbox Live dashboard preview program has started.
Major Nelson detailed the preview program on his blog, saying that the program is “important” as Microsoft “continually strive to ensure the reliability of a service that reaches tens of millions globally. We could not do so without the ongoing help of our great community.”
Once the program starts, an update will push the following new features to the participant’s console:
• New design for integrated Kinect and controller navigation
• New Beacons to play online with friends
• Deeper Facebook integration
• New Cloud Storage for Game Saves and Xbox LIVE Profile
Registration for the preview program can be found here.
