Hot off the army boot heals of Battlefield 3’s own banning of hackers and glitch exploiters, it is now Infinity Ward’s turn to bring the smack down to its own community of users who have decided to cheat, glitch and hack their way through the rankings in its Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 title.
Community manager, Robert Bowling has stated that: “Any attempt to cheat, hack, or glitch in#MW3will not be tolerated. 1600+ bans issued. Updates in works. Please cont. to report offenders.”
Twitter has become a main route for gamers to vent their frustration at developers and it is good to see developers acting apon them just has quickly.
