Sony Computer Entertainment has moved to assure consumers that they will be free to sell and sharePS4games after an update to the company’s terms of service raised concerns.
A clause in the company’s latest European terms of servicenotes: “You must not resell either Disc-based Software or Software Downloads, unless expressly authorised by us and, if the publisher is another company, additionally by the publisher.”
