PlayStation owners across the globe are reporting problems accessing PlayStation Network.
While Sony has yet to release an official statement on the matter, PlayStation Europe’s English community manager Chris Owen acknowledged the PSN sign-in issues on Twitter.

PlayStation Network was taken offline for the better part of a day in late August following a distributed denial of service attack which hacker group Lizard Squad claimed responsibility for.
