Perhaps the main complain about the Virtual Console (besides the high prices) is that you can’t demo the games before you download the full version leaving many gamers frustrated. Well Nintendo think they have the answer.
If you head on over to the Wii’s official website, you can view 30 second clips of (almost) every title on the Virtual Console. But it doesn’t really make up for the lack of demos, especially when the Xbox Live Arcade offered this service from day one. It also doesn’t let you know whether the Classic Controller, GameCube Controller or Wiimote can do justice to your old favourites.
