If rumours are anything to go by then it seems the upcoming title Dead Rising 3 will be set in Los Perdidos, California.
A source from Siliconera has revealed that the new game will also have a new protagonist in the form of mechanic Rick, who is locked down in the city following martial law and must find a way to get himself out (along with some passer bys) of California safely, or kill the Zombie horde.
The game will hit the subject of illegal immigration, with infected people not registered by the government making up an underground group called “illegals”.
As with the first two games there will be ‘friendly’ survivors, along with ‘psychopathic’ survivors who again serve as bosses in Dead Rising 3. Phenotrans will also make an appearance as the cause behind the outbreak.
