The 14th February is called “Valentine’s Day” according to the masses of shops stocking over-sized cuddly toys and cards. Epic Games look set to celebrate this ‘special’ day with some special traits within Gears of War 2’s online modes, which are to be activated over a currently unconfirmed period of time.
The traits have been confirmed as the following:
- Revives are double points in all game types
- Wingman is double normal XP (4x XP)
- Horde is double XP
The details of the event are currently being discussed on the Epic Games forum. Will you be re-igniting your love for Gears of War 2 especially for the weekend or is there something else that takes your fancy? Leave us a comment with your thoughts.
