“…starting this autumn, Xbox 360 owners will also have access to exclusive Grand Theft Auto IV episodes that will provide hours of additional game play.” That statement came from Microsoft Tuesday.
Recalling a past interview between Next-Gen.biz’s Edge and Rockstar co-founder Sam Houser, we also have this tidbit:
“Assuming people like this game then my sense is that they will probably like the episodes, and if they like the episodes it will probably make sense to market them aggressively, and we want people to be there on that first day as much as is realistic. Our goal will be to fry those Xbox Live servers – we want to have as many people tune in at that moment as possible.”
There you have it, GTA IV DLC for the 360 this autumn. Rockstar will be rolling in cash… somehow even more so than now.
