GTAV has already secured fourth spot in a list of the UKs best selling videogames ever.
The list published by giant online retailer Amazon gives an indication of to just how significant sales of the game have been. Having secured fourth in just a month on sale is certainly an impressive feat…but a justified one at that.
Topping the list is COD: MW2 followed by two other Call of Duty titles. GTAV has now managed to shift Black Ops II into 5th best selling title of all time.
The retailer does not give out sales numbers as these are largely secretive. The full list is below:
- Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
- Call of Duty: Black Ops
- Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3
- Grand Theft Auto 5
- Call of Duty: Black Ops 2
- FIFA 10
- FIFA 13
- FIFA 12
- The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim
- Zumba Fitness
Rather surprisingly Zumba Fitness makes the Top 10 which was only realised on the Wii during the glory years for the family console.
GTAV managed to shift 1.57 million units in just ONE day at launch and after three weeks has secured the fifth highest grossing title
