Well the Bungie rumour mill has definitely been grinding away the last few months!
According to gaming giants, Gaming Hexus, Halo 3 has finished development and is actually ready to go. An “industry insider” told Hexus that the final artwork has been completed for the disc, book and box. They also claim that one of Europe’s largest CD replicators are currently on stand-by awaiting the green light from Microsoft and Bungie.
When the insider was questioned as to why the disc production hasn’t started, Hexus recieved the “certain” reply that the hold is strategic, and Halo 3 will be released when the time is right for “maximum impact” (PS3 launch time maybe?)
As always, we must stress that until there is some solid proof, this news piece joins the ever growing rumour pile, and you’ll have to take it all with a pinch of salt.
