Bungie have today announced that they have renamed their extension game to Halo 3 from Halo 3 Recon to Halo 3: ODST. According to Bungie the new title ‘is a more straightforward account of the experience that awaits’.
Halo 3: ODST – pronounced”Oh-Dee-Ess-Tee” by the Bungie team – is the acronym for Orbital Drop Shock Trooper and will be available for us to pick up next Fall.
What name do you prefer? Halo 3 Recon or Halo 3: ODST? I personally prefer Halo 3 Recon, but let us know what you think by leaving a comment below!
