As stated earlier this month the Spring Xbox LIVE Update has begun rolling out across the world. Some will not see the update for up to a week due to the new system which will see the update being released in tranches.
The update will among other things include a PayPal billing option which will make it easier to purchase LIVE and Microsoft Points. Also support for the new 360 disc format has been added. Finally there will be a new auto-standby mode for the 360. If you leave the console for more than an hour idle then the 360 will set itself to standby-mode thus saving on precious energy.
Lookout for the new update coming anytime soon on your console.
