The game is currently “entering the final development stages and heading off to the Microsoft Certification process soon.”
Canessa also discussed multiplayer details and confirmed “that the previously hinted at 2 player Arena mode will be a part of the XBLA release.” There will also be a four player competitive mode which will be playable over local multiplayer and Xbox Live – another feature which will is expected to be a part of the full release.
Canessa confirmed the team is working on level packs for the game though they will not be available from release. An 800 Microsoft Point price tag (about £6.50) has been set for the game though no solid release date has been confirmed.
