Sony Interactive Entertainment has revealed the PlayStation Plus monthly games for September 2026, which will be available to subscribers from Tuesday, September 1 until Monday, October 5. The line-up includes Sniper Elite: Resistance, MLB The Show 26, Wobbly Life, and Chained Echoes, spanning a variety of genres across PS4 and PS5 platforms.
Sniper Elite: Resistance is part of the acclaimed Sniper Elite series and features a new storyline set deep in occupied France, running parallel to Sniper Elite 5. The game combines stealth and tactical third-person combat with extensive sniping mechanics. It supports co-op campaigns and includes both the fan-favourite Axis Invasion mode, where players can invade others’ campaigns as Axis snipers, and competitive 16-player online battles. There is also a Survival mode allowing up to four players to fight waves of enemies.
MLB The Show 26 delivers new gameplay features and exclusive content for PS Plus members
MLB The Show 26 offers an updated baseball experience on PS5, with enhanced game modes, new stadium effects, and career advancement opportunities in Road To The Show mode. The game introduces 11 new college teams and the Red Diamond rarity player cards across various card series including the World Baseball Classic and 2026 All-Star Game in Diamond Dynasty mode. PlayStation Plus members will receive exclusive access to the MLB The Show 26 Jump Start Bundle, which includes multiple The Show Packs and customization options for both Road To The Show and Diamond Dynasty squads.
Wobbly Life and Chained Echoes complete the September lineup
Wobbly Life is an open-world sandbox game supporting solo play and up to four players online or via local split-screen co-op. Players can explore an interactive tropical island filled with puzzles, mini-games, and story missions, plus new Arcade modes like Trash Zone and Hide & Seek. The game is available on both PS4 and PS5.
Chained Echoes is a single-player JRPG for PS4 inspired by 16-bit era RPGs. It features a narrative centred on ending a war between three kingdoms on the continent of Valandis. Players will encounter diverse landscapes and engage in combat that mixes swordplay, magic, and mechs. The title emphasises story-driven exploration through classic RPG mechanics.
Subscribers have until August 31 to claim August’s PlayStation Plus games, which include Dying Light 2 Stay Human: Reloaded Edition, Big Walk, and Signalis. Availability of the September titles will depend on region, with further details accessible via the PlayStation Store on the day of release.
PlayStation Plus requires a recurring subscription fee and is subject to age restrictions and regional terms. The exclusive MLB The Show 26 Jump Start Bundle will be available until October 6 for members.
