Following our earlier news that PS3 was to recieve a 250GB hard drive over in Spain, a retail source has come forward and confirmed to Eurogamer that the 250GB PS3 Slim will arrive over here in October.
It’ll cost £299.99 and be combined with Assassin’s Creed II, Gran Turismo 5 or Uncharted 2, but no sign of FIFA 10 in the bundles.
Sony has yet to officially confirm this and the bundle containing Uncharted II may only be available before the end of next month with the other games not due out until November and December.
We’ll wait an official announcement and see whether Microsoft can respond to the new hard drive.
