Robert Bowling, Infinity Ward’s creative strategist has today revealed that there will be no Commando Perk in Modern Warfare 3.
Commando gave players the ability to use an extended melee attack, which for many was deemed unfair as you didn’t even need to get near your foe before slicing his throat.
“Commando is no longer in the game” Bowling said on his Twitter page when talking about Modern Warfare 3.
This should help make the MW3 multiplayer a lot more realistic and fun come the games release. It seems Inifinty Ward will try anything to help them beat Battlefield 3 to pole position in the gaming charts.
