Geon is a very strange game. You control a cube, which rolls around a course collecting dots to power up. You then have to reach your opponents side of the board and enter the goal on his side. There are many power ups for you to use, such as super bash, which knocks dots out of your opponent.
Each cube represents an emotion. There are 8 emotions to choose from. Rage, Fear, Envy, Melancholy, Bliss, Passion, Courage and Rapture. Each emotion has a special power up, such as Passion has Super power slide, which makes an ordinary power slide longer.
There are many different maps to choose from, each providing a new challenge and harder to reach dots. There are also other modes as well as the battle mode, in which you compete against another emotion to get 5 goals first. There are time attack modes and minigames to complete.
There is also online play, but unfortunately, no-one seems to be playing it and I haven’t had chance to play online.
Geon is a very good game, but it does get a bit repetitive after a while. An addition of new maps and emotions would be very welcome and would enhance the life of the game.
