Yes, Buckshot Roulette supports crossplay, but there is an important limitation for PC players. Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One players can play multiplayer across the Xbox ecosystem, including the Xbox version on PC through Xbox Play Anywhere. This does not mean that all PC versions, including Steam, can automatically play with Xbox users.
Buckshot Roulette launched on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Xbox on PC on 8 July 2026, with the game also available through Xbox Game Pass. The Xbox release supports Xbox Play Anywhere, allowing players to access the game across supported Xbox consoles and PC.
Does Buckshot Roulette support Xbox and PC crossplay?
The Xbox release supports cross-platform multiplayer across Microsoft’s Xbox ecosystem. Microsoft’s official Xbox listing identifies Buckshot Roulette as supporting both “Xbox cross-platform multiplayer” and “Xbox cross-gen multiplayer”, while Xbox Wire confirms crossplay between Xbox platforms through Xbox Play Anywhere.
This means Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S players can play multiplayer together, while compatible PC players using the Xbox version can participate within the same Xbox ecosystem. The separate Steam version should not be assumed to support multiplayer with Xbox players.
Is Buckshot Roulette crossplay between Xbox and PS5?
There is currently no Xbox-to-PlayStation crossplay to use. The Xbox release is available on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Xbox on PC and Xbox Cloud Gaming. Therefore, players specifically searching for Xbox and PS5 crossplay cannot currently play together through these versions.
How many players does Buckshot Roulette multiplayer support?
Buckshot Roulette supports online multiplayer for two to four players. Multiplayer was originally added to the game following community demand and is included with the Xbox release.
Developed by Mike Klubnika and published by Critical Reflex, Buckshot Roulette takes the concept of Russian Roulette and replaces the traditional revolver with a 12-gauge shotgun. Matches revolve around probability, strategy, bluffing and risk as players attempt to outmanoeuvre their opponents.
The game also retains its single-player experience against The Dealer and its Double or Nothing score-attack mode.
Buckshot Roulette is available through the Xbox Store and Xbox Game Pass on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and Xbox on PC, with Xbox Cloud Gaming also supported.
