Rocksteady have today confirmed that the Penguin character in the upcoming title Arkham City will be voiced by Nolan North, most notably known for his roles in Uncharted.
Penguin will have a crafty cockneys accent no doubt when it is eventually released. What’s more gamers can look forward too a mammoth 8 hour single player campaign.
